Monte Carlo France?

Although Monte Carlo lies on the French Riviera, it is not part of France!

Monte Carlo is one of Monaco’s administrative areas, sometimes erroneously believed to be a town or the country’s capital. The official capital is the city of Monaco, which shares the exact same territory as the country itself. It borders the French town of Beausoleil.

It is widely known for its casinos, gambling, glamour, luxurious yachts and playground of the rich and famous.
