18th Century Seminary in Normandy - ideal for B&B or large family house


The theological Seminary was built in the early 1700's and had a farm attached.  The farm is now under separate ownership.  The property itself has been partially renovated (200m²) and the attached West Wing of 148m² requires renovation, but would make an ideal B&B or self-contained gîte.  The property sits in an elevated position with over 2 1/4 acres of garden and paddock.  The windows have all been replaced in the renovated part of the house with Pvc and aluminium double glazed windows with roller shutters.  The roof was overhauled in 2001 and the central heating system was installed about 10 years ago.
