The house has three floors and consists of a beautiful tiled entrance hall, a large kitchen with fireplace overlooking the two gardens, a lounge/dining room on the ground floor. On the second floor there is a master bedroom of more than 20 m2, two other bedrooms, one of which is currently used as a dressing room, and a shower room with WC. The second floor opens onto a large room of more than 30 m2 where you can imagine everything: a children's dormitory, an office, a television room, a yoga room... The main entrance to the house opens onto a garden with a summer kitchen, large enough for eating and sunbeds. There is a second outdoor area on the other side of the house, where you can have breakfast and also store wood.
The village is less than 45 minutes from Carcassonne and its airport, 90 minutes from Toulouse, 90 minutes from the Mediterranean coast and 45 minutes from the nearest ski slopes in the Pyrenees. The college, supermarket, restaurants and banks are less than 15 minutes away.
