Private Adverts

Property owners can advertise their French property for sale on 1st for French Property. For a one-off payment of £50 + VAT, you can market your property / barn / gite with up to 5 photos and unlimited text. Your advert stays on the web site until sold. 

This service is NOT for Immobilier, Developers or Commercial Companies - please refer to the Immobilier section. Any adverts added incorrectly as Private Sales will be removed with no refund.

Update your Advert

One of the benefits of a Feature Advert is the ability to update your property details at any time FREE of charge. Updates to Classified adverts are charged at £10 + VAT per set of changes. More details here >> Update Advert
 

Payments

Extra Exposure

In addition to your Feature Advert you can MAXIMISE your advertising by exposing to your Advert on additional pages of our website. For example, you can advertise on our Home Page for maximum exposure - Extra Exposure << click here

Sold

When the property is sold - please remove the property from the site. It is your responsibility to remove the advert. We are happy to do this for you on your behalf. Just send details of the property and we will remove it for you.
