There are an array of shops and amenities in close proximity and just 10 minutes away is the town of La Tranche sur Mer. The house is set in a quiet part of Les Conches but is not far from the bustling seaside vibe and vast stretches of sandy beaches which the Vendée is famous for.

At the front you have a gated entrance leading to the parking area. The gardens to the front of the house has established plants and the terrace. At the rear of the house is a grassed area with access to the cellars.
It is a lovely property and well worth a visit.
