The main house, entirely renovated, offers 200 m² of living space. It comprises a vast 76 m² living-dining room, a 15 m² kitchen and a laundry room with toilet (12 m²). First floor: three bedrooms, a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet, and a mezzanine opening onto the living room.
