Former Mill · Lannux, Gers
A beautifully restored former mill of significant historic character, set within 1.25 acres of mature grounds in the tranquil village of Lannux, at the heart of the former province of Gascony. Parts of the property date back well over a century, and it was extended shortly after the First World War. The original mill workings remain—a remarkable architectural feature that can still be walked through. The oldest part of the house, currently the kitchen, was built directly above the millstream, whose course remains visible beneath the property.

Aire-sur-l'Adour, about ten minutes by car, offers supermarkets, shops, restaurants, a polyclinic, and access to medical professionals. The renowned regional restaurant Le Minvielle in Ségosse is about three kilometers from the property. The Pyrenees are visible from the upper floors and gardens on clear days.
