This detached hamlet house is in the Commune of Tilly a small village in the Haute-Vienne region of Limousin. It is 5 minutes from the monthly market at Les Herolles and close to the lively town of Chaillac with shops, bars/restaurants, baker and pharmacy.

On the ground floor there is a large kitchen which could use modernisation, although it does have some units and a sink and a chimney which could be re-exposed to put in a wood-burner.
