This is a complete renovation project house. It is in a Hamlet a few minutes from the village of Droux and a few minutes? drive into the town of Magnac Laval with all commerce including supermarket, cafes/bars/restaurants, a bank and post office. It is around 50 minutes by car to the International Airport of Limoges with regular flights to the UK.

On the ground floor there is a room with a large open fireplace which could make a kitchen, it has flag stone flooring it measures around 24m2. There is a room that used to be used as a bedroom (15m2). On the first floor there are two bedrooms of 20m2 and 15m2.

There are no indoor bathroom facilities at all (outside dry toilet) and no connection to a septic tank or mains drains. Although mains drainage is available in Droux so it should be possible. Heating is by wood (fireplace).

Outbuildings include an adjoining workshop and a hangar. Garden of around 660m2 with a well.
