The bungalow is inhabited all year round and the total heating bill is not more than 300 euros! Two adjacent buildings provide a dry store for the cut wood.

The village of Aboncourt-Gesincourt is within 2 hours of the airport at Basel, Switzerland, an Easy Jet hub airport. The international airport of Dijon is also within a two hour drive. The channel ports are approximately 6 hours by autoroute.
