In an hour, you can be at the International Airport of Limoges with daily flights to regional UK airports.

The house comprises on the ground floor of a large rectangular living area (30m²) with an inset wood burning stove and a recessed cupboard, a tiled fitted kitchen (16m²) (dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, gas hob, extractor fan, sink), and tiled shower room (7m²) (2 basins, shower) a separate lavatory and tiled veranda (8.5m²) and a tiled back kitchen/utility/boiler room (12m²) (recently replaced oil fired boiler, sink, plumbing for washing machine).

On the first floor via a door from the kitchen there is a landing and passage accessing 4 bedrooms (14, 13.5, 12 and 10m²) all of which are bright and light and have lovely oak floors. Two overlook the front of the house and 2 the rear. There is also a lavatory and basin.

From the ground floor there are steps down to 2 cellars with cement floors each 8m², one cellar houses the pump for the well that supplies the house.

Attached to the property is the oil tank shed and next to the house is a garage with a workshop area (44m²) and an outbuilding with tomette flooring and granary (21m²). There is a fenced courtyard behind the house and beyond this an orchard.
