Access to the house is through the conservatory, after crossing the garden.

The conservatory is spacious enough to accommodate a lounging area and a dining area, ideal for enjoying sunny winter days. The painted wood tone is warm, and the ceramic tiled floor in a cement tile style adds an old-fashioned touch.

We enter a comfortable living room with the softness of the parquet floor, while the original oak beams in the ceiling are alternated with painted white wood. A long stone alcove has been created, evoking the history of the place.

The wood stove and the kitchen are black, adding a modern touch to this warm atmosphere. Custom-made open wrought iron shelves have been designed above the countertop.

Two windows face the south veranda and one other faces the alley to the west, allowing for good natural lighting.

Under the staircase, there is a practical pantry.

At the back, there are the toilets with a washbasin, the wine cellar, and a laundry/storage area that leads to the workshop at the back.

The staircase leads us to a landing that opens onto two bright south-facing bedrooms, each with its own stone "niche" and a view of the village church, as well as a bathroom and toilets, and a third bedroom located at the back, a few steps lower, which can serve as a TV room, office, and/or guest bedroom.

On the second level, there is a very large master suite with a bathroom and toilets, featuring numerous closets to the south, and to the north two skylights and a half-moon stone niche providing a soft atmosphere with its Burgundy stone illuminated by yellow lamps.

A well-thought-out small house, ideal as a second residence for those who do not wish to carry out any work.
