The house is in a general good condition. Habitable as it is, but it will need some improvements.
The structure is fine. There is a little porch at the entrance which opens into the dining room, this is a good-sized room; also, a nice fitted kitchen that is quite bright with a door opening to the outside garden; further, a cosy lounge with beams and wood floor, plus a double bedroom.
Still on the same level, there?s a wet room, a utility space, a WC and storage space. It is possible to live on just the ground floor.
On the first floor there are two double bedrooms and a smaller one. Oil central heating, but no double glazed windows.
The garden is all around the house. It is on a small slope in the back but offers a nice view.
There is also a garden shed in the front and a small one in the back. The property is not overlooked.
There?s parking space at the bottom of the property.
With some upgrading it could be a pleasant property and it?s nearly walking distance to the village!
