French Property Guide

We try to provide as many routes as possible to finding a property on the web site. NEW: We have 2 VIDEOS to help you!

Breadcrumb
Along the top of the page you will see a "Breadcrumb"
Such as:
Home >> Property >> Department >> Budget >> France from 300000 to 400000 euros
Each underlined element will be a live hyperlink to the appropriate section of the web site.

Basic
If you just wish to browse through the properties, then click on "List All Properties".

The navigation bar (see above) allows you to click Next (or Previous) to see the next set of properties. If you want to jump pages - then click on (page) 5. You can go to the last page by clicking on "END".

At any time you can SORT the listings - see below:

So you can list properties in, for example,  Region Order (descending or ascending order) by clicking on the green triangles.

When you want to read more details about a property - either click on the Property Image or click for >> xxxxx details. You will get a full description of the property provided by the Estate Agent and more photos.

What's New
You can find the latest properties in the "What's New" area by clicking on the What's New link. You can find properties added in the last 24 hours, last week, last fortnight or last month!

Type
If you are looking for a particular type of property - such as a Gite / Farmhouse / Barn / etc, then click on the appropriate link in the BY TYPE area of the Quick Links Panel on the left.

Price Bracket
You can zoom in on a Price Range by selecting the appropriate range in BY BUDGET in the Quick Links panel on the left.

Region
Mainland France is split up into 22 Regions - if you know which region you are interested in just click on the REGION on the France map opposite.

Department
France is further divided into "departements" - so if you want to be very specific about the area of interest select the appropriate DEPARTMENT from the drop down list.

Search
The Search Box towards the top and left of this screen allows you type any keyword into the Search box such as a Town, "lake", etc. and search the property listings by that Keyword.

Advanced Search
The Advanced Search - on the Green Bar above this text - you can choose properties by several criteria including Price  range, Region, Type of property, etc.
