The house is situated at the south limit of Gap, near all facilities; nursery and schools; hotels; post office; café and grocers.
It is around 45 minutes to main ski resorts of south alps, with their hiking, skiing and rock climbing facilities. Tallard aerodrome (international centre for parachuting and sail planning) is 20 minutes away and it is between 30 minutes and one hour from other main ski resorts. It would take 45 minutes to reach Lake Serre Ponçon; 1 hour to the Ecrins National Park, half an hour from Luberon, an hour from Aix-en-Provence and Grenoble, and an hour and a half from Mediterranean sea cost (Marseille).
The city of Gap in the north of Provence as a very dry and very well solar climate with 300 days of sun in the year.
