St Cannat Property Description

The swimming pool, 12x6 can be used from May to November thanks to heat provided by solar panels. It is the saline system, not chlorine. Automatic sprinkler system, the water comes from the Canal de Provence, which makes it very low cost. Spot lights in the garden, wood chalet for storage and a typical stone "cabanon" used as workshop.
The land is partly terraced, on several levels, there are several shaded parking places, and the front gates are powered as well. There is an alarm system, however, this is a very quiet region, and there is always someone working in the vinyards surrounding the property to keep an eye on it!
