Lathus St Remy Property Description
This large pretty farmhouse is situated in one of the best kept hamlets we have ever seen and is just a couple of minutes from the village of Lathus and about 10 minutes from the pretty riverside market town of Montmorillon in the Vienne.
You enter directly into the large (30m2) kitchen/dining room which has oak beams and a fireplace. Off to the right is another large room (30m2) which is currently being used as a bedroom but would be much better used as a living room. To the rear of the kitchen is a toilet and shower room. On the left hand side of the kitchen a doorway leads to small hallway with another bedroom, a utility room, and the staircase to the first floor.

The property is in technically "habitable" although you would want to fully re-decorate, modernise it and possibly convert the attic but there is a lot of property here in a very pretty and well kept hamlet.
