This little cottage is situated in a small hamlet a minute from the pretty village of Brigueil-le-Chantre where you will find a small range of shops and services including a baker and a small general store, and the riverside market town of La Trimouille is just a 5 minute drive away.

There is a parking area to the front of the cottage and the aforementioned garage which is, if we are honest, practical but rather ugly, and does not really do the property any favours.
To the rear of the house is a lovely garden (350m²) with great views over the village.
Finally to the side of the house is a small outbuilding on two levels offering access to the back garden without needing to go through the house.
