The ground floor consists of a spacious 51m² living area that includes an equipped fitted kitchen, dining and lounge areas. (All gites have their own satellite TVs that can be tuned to a selection of European channels; the gites also have Wi-Fi internet access with broadband available in the main house).
Cottage 2 has a 39m² open plan living area, all the gites have rustic style tiled floors, and well equipped kitchens with dishwasher, Hoovers, microwaves toasters etc. Wooden stairs take you up to the first floor, bedroom 1 has a double bed, and bedroom 2 has bunk beds plus a single bed and a family bathroom all with their doors leading off a landing.

Cottage 3, although the smallest gite, still offers ample space for a family. The open plan living area on the ground floor is 35m² with attractive wooden stairs to the first floor comprising of 2 bedrooms and a family bathroom.
The garden contains a secure and alarmed 10x5metre pool set in attractive gardens, with exterior play equipment. At the rear of the complex currently resides a pot bellied pig, and a variety of fowl that supply the family and guests with free range eggs, which have proved to be very popular with guests.
The property has easy access to Royan, La Rochelle, Saintes and Bordeaux offering a diverse holiday experience. Airports of Poitiers, La Rochelle and Bordeaux can all be easily reached within 1.5hours and a TGV link is available at Surgeres.
