If that is not enough, the Mediterranean and Atlantic coasts are motorway accessible , a two hour and four hour journey respectively.
1hour from Toulouse airport (Easyjet) to the local market town of St.Giron, and then half an hour up the mountain river valley to Seix. A further half an hour takes you to the ski slopes of Guzet-Neige with all colour ski runs for all the family.
The house itself is built of rendered brick to the ground floor and totally of wood to the first and second floors. The external doors and windows are purpose built in hardwood as is the decorative internal staircase to the upper floors. Central heating is provided by an oil fired hot air ducted system throughout or by two wood burning stoves in the entrance hall and in the living room.

A 10 meter high laurel hedge screens the woods to the rear.
