The walls are solid and thick and in good condition, as is the slated roof. The high roof pitch would accommodate additional rooms if permission was granted. Outside there is approximately 260 sq metres of land and road access. There is very little passing traffic and the location is rural and quiet.
Permission was granted in 1990 to convert the barn into a home and the plans that were then submitted are still available, but permission will need to be renewed.
