There is a cabin which has been erected with full planning permission and mains water has runs to it but you would be unlikely to get permission to put any further buildings on the land. The fish include carp, roach, gudgeon with the possibility that you may find crayfish.
The lake has currently the appropriate permissions for fishing, although within the next two years the sluice system may have to be altered to comply. Plans exist for this work.
These lakes are close to the towns Chateauponsac and Bessines Sur Gartempe and the access to them is no problem as a country lane borders the property.
