These two pretty farmhouses with an attached barn are independent of any other property although there are two neighbours close-by. The location is very quiet and calm with the back garden overlooking a lovely lake (not owned by the property) which means there’s a lovely view without the hassle of maintaining it!
These properties are set in a hamlet close to Chateauponsac and the lake at St Pardoux which offer an abundance of fun in the summer-time here in the Haute Vienne region of the Limousin. With beaches, cafes and restaurants and water-sports too these make for wonderful lazy days in the sunshine.

There is a loft but it is not really very high so although it could be used for storage or a children's room it may not make for a full size bedroom area.
The second house is much the same but with one room downstairs (30m2) and another the same size on the first floor. Both houses are for total renovation although new double glazed windows have been installed in places.
These two properties will allow for around 140m2 of habitable space and of course there is the attached barn and hangar on one side which, with the correct planning permissions, could be expanded into.
The garden to the side and rear is around 1000m2 and is overgrown right now but could be very pretty. Just the right type of project for a great family home in the future!
