Azerables Property Description
This stone farmhouse is certainly what most people imagine they would like to find when they begin their search in rural France. Set in a peaceful hamlet close to the motorway access of the A20 and the small town of Azerables with basic shops and a small supermarket. This is a property that will not disappoint.
On the ground floor is a large hallway leading to an open plan living/dining room (36m2), then through to an fully fitted kitchen (12m2) with wc and shower room also on this level. On the other side of the hallway are two large rooms (each 20m2) currently used as bedrooms.
On the first floor level are three further bedrooms (12, 12 and 9m2) and a full family bathroom.
Attached to the house is a stunning, solid and large barn (200m2) and behind the house is a small stable (40m2) and there are other small outbuildings dotted around too. The garden is sizeable at around 1,000m2 and the majority is laid to lawn.
A short walk down the lane that leads to the hamlet is a further piece of land, (approx. 9,350m2) which has a small lake on it. It is all a bit overgrown right now and we don’t think that the lake is stocked but it was apparently at one point this was used as a fishing lake.
