The property is located in the high street of Jussey. Jussey is a town that lies in a very rural and woodland area of the North East of France, in the region known as the Haute Saone ( region number 70 ), approximately 40 kilometers from Vesoul. The hotel is on the second floor of the property, it has 7 rooms a bathroom and separate toilet. The rooms are very quaint, but one needs refurbishing.

The Restaurant/Bar is located on the ground floor and seats approximately 50. The interior is very French and in character with the rest of the property. In the summer time there is a terrace in the front, seating 16 – 20.

The kitchen is large and lots of light, it is situated at the back of the property and is equipped in stainless steel and has a large walk-in cellar which is very practical for storage. The kitchen leads out to the courtyard.

The large apartment is located on the first floor and can be reached by a lovely circular staircase that goes through the centre of the property and ends up at the hotel rooms. The apartment has 5 rooms, a kitchen and a bathroom.

The small apartment is located at the back of the property and looks out onto the courtyard. It has a bathroom and two roomy rooms, a kitchen area could be installed just near the entrance, it also has a small balcony.

The garage is at the back of the courtyard and can easily hold 6 cars, it is very roomy and practical.

The barn is next to the garage and again very roomy so ideal for storing cars, caravans, trailers for example.

The garden is located at the back of the garage and is approximately 150 square meters and leads down to a small river. It is perfect for growing vegetables and flowers for the restaurant.

The cinema is very large ( approximately 180 square meters ) and has a sixties look to it but the building is of course a lot older, it is located above the garage and has not been used for a long time, but in that it has a stage as well it has potential.

The courtyard is located at the back of the property and is very private and quiet, the entrance is from the high street.

General information:
The whole property is centrally heated except the barn, garage and cinema ( this has a separate heater ), the central heating is run on red diesel.

In the area in France where the property is located there are a lot of houses that have been bought as second homes by people from various countries and this trend is rising due to the property prices being reasonable. The area is just being discovered, also by English people who feel they’ve discovered a lovely part of France.

This property is ready to take on and run straight away, but in that it is an old property please be aware of the fact that changes will need to be done eventually.
