Tilly Property Description

This house is so light and airy it sparkles in the sunshine and gives off a really welcoming feeling. On the edge of the small village of Tilly, with a shop/bakers but only minutes from Lussac les Eglises or Chaillac with several restaurants, bars and shops, you are in the country but near to all amenities. The house is built over a large, two car garage and workshop, which on the hot day I was there, remained very cool. There are several external doors leading to the spacious terrace and lovely, lawned gardens (2,500m²) which are dotted with fruit trees and also have a wood store and child’s play house/cabin. Built and well maintained by the current owners, there is little to do to this property apart from a little redecorating if wanted. Otherwise just unpack, sit in the beautiful garden and relax!
