Prissac Property Description
This little property is situated in a very quiet hamlet just a couple of minutes from the lively and popular little town of Prissac where there are a good selection of shops and services as. The larger medieval town of St Benoit du Sault is about 5 to 10 minutes drive away and here you will find a larger selection of shops. This town is also officially ‘one of the most beautiful towns in France’!
On the ground floor there is a large room tiled with tomettes (44m2) with fire place, and a shower room with cement floor (4m2) (shower, basin, toilet).
On the first floor there is currently on large bedroom with wooden floor (40m2).
Attached to the property is a small barn (32m2) with attic space over half of it (ideal for extending the house if required – with the right permissions of course!), and to the other side of the house is a small outbuilding currently used as a wood store (5m2). There are also 3 detached pig sheds (10m2).
The property has an old fosse septique that does not conform, however the solution is yet to be found to this problem as the whole hamlet sits on rock so watch this space – in the mean time it works!
To the rear of the property is a large piece of land of around 3.700m2. About 500m2 is useable garden directly behind the house and the rest is lovely woodland that goes down quite a steep incline so there are good views.
