Archived Properties
A query we often received is regarding an archived property: "I am interested in an old property. Has it been sold?"

Reason: When a property is removed from our site, it is tagged "Not Published". This can happen if the house has been sold and the seller no longer wants to be contacted, or perhaps because the contact for display is no longer valid.

The properties are often kept on our sites (except if the seller decides otherwise) so as to allow people having already seen the advert to find it again.

How old are properties?
All our listings display the date that the property was added to our site. Over 70% of our properties are updated once a week. Most are updated monthly but some stay on the site for some time. Often these properties will be sold by Private Vendors. They are happy for a property to stay advertised until the price is reached. Typically 500 properties a week are added or updated.

Getting More Property Details
1st-for-French-Property.co.uk does not publish the seller's contact email information directly in the advertisement. The visitor must first of all fill out the contact form below the property description.

Once the form has been filled out, your details are sent to the Vendor. This information will be sent by e-mail to you so that it can easily be found after the visit. The seller is informed by e-mail of the request made by the visitor.

We do not publish vendor email addresses, as they could be extracted automatically by programs that would then send unsolicited e-mail (spam). The request form protects you from these automated programs.
