Procedure
1. Find a property with our help - you can use the website to select properties you are interested in or contact us directly by phone or email. We can help you arrange viewings, and provide access to other services needed during the purchase process.2. When you sign the compromis de vente, please contact us by phone or email with the good news.
3. We will contact the agent, and monitor progress with the purchase.
4. After signing the acte de vente we will arrange for the Champagne to delivered to your new home.
Conditions
1. Valid for new compromis de vente contracts signed
after 1st August 2010.
2. 1st for French Property have to be the introducer. This is subject to confirmation from the estate agent in France. If you are already registered with the estate agent (immobilier) in France, then we are not deemed to be the introducer.
3. Offer does not apply to purchases from private vendors (all properties on our site where it is stated to be a "Private Sale").
4. Purchaser(s) must contact us after signing compromis de vente and before the signing of the acte de vente.
5. Offer only available on properties or land costing in excess of 50,000 euros.
6. 1st for French Property reserve the right to withdraw the offer.
