Speaking French in Limousin

International Festival of Francophony

Held each year from September 27th to October 5th, the popular event takes place in the bustling city of Limonges.

Flights into Limonges

Limousin has become more and more popular with investors in recent years after an increase in the number of budget flights heading into the region gave tourism a boost.

A spokeswoman for Property Frontiers recently told Assetz that Limousin was "currently the most popular region with British buyers".

She added: "Here, buyers with as little as £88,000 to spend can choose from a good selection of three-bedroom houses with good-sized gardens."
