TV: Inspirational developers wanted!

If you're new here, you may want to subscribe to our RSS feed. Thanks for visiting!

I am a researcher working on a new international property series which will follow British people as they venture into property hotspots to carry out development projects. It will be the new flagship property programme, airing in peak-time on one of the major terrestrial broadcasters in the UK next year. Similar series currently on air have 3-4 million viewers.

In the series we will follow British people as they take on renovation or building projects overseas, and their work should be finished by April 2006. Ideally the people who feature will be aiming to sell their property and make serious profits (profits in the region of £60,000 or more).

The focus is on the inspirational developer who is determined to invest and make money from the buoyant overseas property market, with the emphasis on investment. Each of the 6 programmes in the series will follow one such overseas development project.

As we are keen to feature France in the series we need to find amateur developers taking on building or renovation projects there, and I wondered if you could help us with this. If you have clients or know of anyone who you feel might be suitable for such a project, then I would be most grateful if you could forward them my contact details. It is worth noting, that if we were to use your clients in the programme or if we make a programme in France, there could be publicity opportunities for your company.

If you require any further information regarding the programme, then please don’t hesitate to contact me on 00 44 (0) 207 313 8006.

Many thanks and kindest regards
