You have to laugh at us Brits!
A British holidaymaker spent a night locked in a French town hall after assuming that L’Hotel de Ville was the town’s main hotel. Easy mistake to make! The woman entered the building in Dannemarie, Alsace, on Friday evening but officials locked up and left while she was using a lavatory. She was released the following morning by the mayor. Loo-nacy.
