In 2006, the UK will be allowing residential property and holiday homes to be included in SIPPs . This pension product allows you to build a portfolio of property, free from capital gains tax and tax on any rentals of your property.

The Sunday Times believes 10% of property will be bought through a SIPP

We believe this will re-stimulate the property market in 2006 - both home and abroad.
