      Does this mean that you potentiallyhave to do another lease back at the end of the 9 years

      Each Leaseback development contract can have different terms. It is true some developments have a 20 year “residence tourisme” with the management/rental company having an option of 20 years. You need to check the terms of each development. Get legal advice!
