Investing in a French property is becoming more and more attractive to savvy buyers after it was revealed that tourism officials have "gone on the charm offensive".

In recent months, huge efforts have been put into attracting tourists to the country and particularly to foreigners that may not have previously considered a holiday there.

This is good news for families who have a holiday home in France as they will be able to rent it out with ease for the months which it is vacant.
