Demand continues in France
Experts have said that investing in French property is becoming increasingly attractive.
Property investment specialist Assetz International highlighted tourist regions including the Alps and Paris as areas particularly attractive to prospective investors.
And Britons are already wising up, with Assetz recording a 78 per cent increase in demand for French property.
What is happening to property prices in chic Provence? Well it seems according to the Daily Telegraph that demand is still high in the chic coastal resorts such as St Tropez. Two of my local estate agents in Montignac (Dordogne)tell me the market is very quiet and there is little demand for property above 300000 euros (including their fees) They insist the market is in decline and will be worse next year.
