People who are considering buying Var property for sale and then renting it out to tourists will be buoyed by the news that last year over 78 million foreign tourists visited the country.
As well as British and American people enjoying holidaying in the south of France, the country has also seen an increase in the number of tourists visiting from the Middle East.
This bodes will for anyone considering investing in France and getting a buy to let mortgage as thousands of visitors will be on the look out for short term accommodation.
