Advert Types

If you want to advertise your French property worldwide, you can choose between two types of advert on 1st for French Property:

Classified Advert

A Classified Advert - like any other classified advert - is a short 250 character description of your property with additional information including contact information (email and telephone number), price, the property title which appears in the listing, and location in France of the property. Note: NO URL LINKS are allowed in this type of advert.

Any subsequent changes to your advert can be done by contacting us - see About Us - each set of changes costs £10 + VAT.

Cost: £30 + VAT - remains on site until sold - it is your responsibility to inform us when the property is sold so that we can remove the property.

Feature Advert

Our Featured Advert provides a comprehensive description of your property giving you every opportunity to "sell" your property to your prospective clients. Maximum impact is provided with up to 5 photos - every picture tells a story! So we suggest you include an external photo showing the property and grounds and internal photo to highlight any features. Featured adverts are read 3-4 times more frequently than classified adverts - so give your advert every chance to sell! You can add unlimited text, edit your property details at any time, plus a map link to your property.

This service is only available for private individuals only. Immobilier, Developers, etc. - please contact us for our commercial rates.

Your photos cannot exceed 70K. This is to make sure that your photo images load quickly. If you have any problems we can optimise your photos so that they load quickly - if possible size your images to a maximum of 250 x 250 pixels with about 30% compression.

Do not worry if you cannot do this - send any problems to us by email - support@1st-for-french-property.co.uk. (Our webmasters charge £5 + VAT per photo for any requests for resizing / compression / adding photos).
 

Cost: £50 + VAT - remains on site until sold - it is your responsibility to remove the property when the property is sold. We will remove it on your behalf if you tell us the property is sold.
