Promote / Market Property

We often get asked about additional ways to promote the property: in fact, there are quite a few routes open to you!

We offer some additional exposure on our site - you can find the details here: Extra Exposure. But in addition consider:

• Adding a link from MySpace or Facebook (or similar) accounts to your property description

• Social Bookmarking - we offer the facility to bookmark your property description straight from your property description. Digg, del.ic.ious, Google, Stumbleupon and many more. This will drive visitors from the social sites to your property description. See below for the bookmark button

• Twitter - Twitter is the marketing fad that has really taken off (probably due to Stephen Fry). Setting up an account with Twitter is free and easy. Then you can tweet about your property to your heart's content - but do remember to post a link to the property!

• Forums - there are many forums about overseas property, holiday homes, France, regions of France. Many allow you to make a post about your property with a link through to the property description. In Google, search for "Forum France" or "Forum Overseas Property", etc.
