ADD FEATURE ADVERT

IF YOU DO NOT FOLLOW EVERY STEP YOUR ADVERT WILL NOT APPEAR!

Step 1
Add your contact Details. This information is used by potential buyers to contact you. Also, "Your Name" and "Password" are used to logon to the owner's area where you can edit your details.

Click Register Me button - you get a confirmation message. And Click here to add your property details in STEP 2. We then check to see if you have added any properties previously. Click ADD PROPERTY to continue.

Step 2a
Add your property details including Home and Community Features. You DO NOT add photos here! Click Add New Listing button. You can add as much text as you like in the Description area. HTML commands can be used for formatting in the Description field.

Step 2b (optional)
a) You can modify your advert here. After changes, save the changes by using the Modify Listing button
b) Add your photos - using the Browse buttons. Select the images from the directory on your hard disc. You can add up to 5 photos. Finally click Upload Pictures button. Note this can take some time - be patient! Your uploaded images are thumbnails only (see below).

Step 2c (optional)
You can PREVIEW your advert at ANY time using the Preview Listing link.

Step 3
Payment!! You can pay by cheque or Credit Card. Our Credit Card provider, ClickBank uses a secure transaction server. Your advert will not be published until we receive payment.
