The rear door gives access to a games room aproximately 2 X 5.7 metres(6’ 6”X 18’ 8”) and a log store approximately 2 X 3.9 metres( 6’ 6” X 12’ 10”). There is a door to the garden of 1025 square metres mostly lawn.
From the lounge there are decorative wooden stairs to a landing with access to a bathroom 2.4 X 2.3 metres (7’ 10” X 7’ 6”), 2 bedrooms both 3.9 X 5.2 metres(12’10” X 17’). Wooden floors, exposed beams, electric wall heaters and firesplaces in both rooms. These bedrooms have dressing tables, chest of drawers and wardrobes as well as double beds. There is a cupboard with a large water heater in one bedroom . The bathroom has a toilet, vanity unit with inset washbasin, a bath with a shower and an electric wall heater.
There is another decorative wooden staircase to a landing with access to a bathroom 1.8 X 2.15 metres (6’ X 7’) with a toilet, wash basin and a bath with shower, and 2 bedrooms 3.8 X 4.6 metres (12’ 6” X 15’). These bedrooms are carpeted, have exposed beams and a double and a single bed, a chest of drawers and wall mirrors in each room. There are bedspreads, duvets and pillows for all the beds on both floors
The surrounding area has two lakes nearby and the large Lac de Guerlerdan is less than 30 minutes away. The valley of the river Scorff is less than 5 minutes away and is famous for its salmon and trout fishing. Several south coast beaches are about 45 minutes away.
The village centre is about 400 metres away and has a bar/restaurant/ news agent, a bakers, a creperie, pharmacy.florists plus 2 other bars. The nearby town of Guemene sur Scorff has 2 supermarkets, a bakers, banks, news agent, plus several bars and restaurants and specialist shops.
